This website (jewelzashop.com) is operated by Stemsols LLC, doing business as Jewelza ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.

1. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, or that you are using the site with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products, Materials and Descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our jewelry as accurately as possible, including materials, plating, stones, sizes and colors. Because of lighting and screen settings, colors may appear slightly different. Natural stones, pearls and handmade pieces may have small variations in color, shape and size, which are not defects. Plated jewelry may fade over time with normal wear; see our care tips below. Products are subject to availability.

3. Jewelry Care and Safety

To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfume, lotion, chlorine and harsh chemicals, and store pieces separately in a dry place. Jewelry may contain small parts and is not intended for children under 14. If you have metal allergies or sensitive skin, please review the materials listed on each product page before purchasing and stop wearing any item that causes irritation.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices and availability may change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and you authorize us (through our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.

5. Orders, Errors and Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or cancel orders suspected of fraud. If an order is canceled after payment, we will issue a full refund. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Personalized Items

For personalized or engraved items, you are responsible for checking the spelling and details you enter. Personalized items are made to your specifications and are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

7. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
