How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add items to your cart and check out. You will receive an order confirmation email right after your purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Email us at yallahcartofficial1@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. Personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards and other secure payment options.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never store your full card details.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — standard shipping is FREE on all orders within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 7–14 business days after processing. See our Shipping Policy.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn items in original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings and personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. See our Refund Policy.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
Jewelry Care
How do I care for my jewelry?
Remove jewelry before showering, swimming or exercising. Avoid perfume, lotion and harsh chemicals, and store each piece separately in a dry pouch or box. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
What materials do you use?
Materials, plating and stone details are listed on each product page. If you have metal allergies or sensitive skin, please check these details before ordering.
